What I ate today, Meatless Creamy Stroganoff

Working from home provides me flexibility with lunches. Most days I use Shroomeats for something that is quick, delicious, filling, yet will give me energy.

Meatless Creamy Stroganoff

Ah, the humble lunch break. A time to step away from the computer, take a breather, and indulge in a little bit of lunchtime luxury.

Today, my lunchtime luxury of choice is a Meatless Creamy Stroganoff made with Shroomeats Mushroom Balls. I know what you're thinking - how can meatless meatballs be as delicious as the real thing? But trust me, these little balls of goodness are the real deal, and they're so easy to cook.

Let's start with the star of the show, Shroomeats Mushroom Balls. These little meatballs are made from shiitake mushrooms and are packed with flavor, and they're healthy too.

To make it, I started by cooking up some Shroomeats Mushroom Balls in a pan until they were nicely browned all over. I then added some sliced mushrooms, onions, and garlic to the pan, and cooked them until they were soft and fragrant.

Next, I added a dollop of sour cream to the pan, along with some veggie broth and Worcestershire sauce, and let everything simmer for a few minutes. The result was a rich, creamy sauce that was the perfect accompaniment to the Mushroom Balls.

To finish the dish, I served the creamy stroganoff over a bed of cooked egg noodles and garnished with some fresh parsley. It was delicious, satisfying, and perfect for a midday pick-me-up.

Thanks to the Shroomeats Mushroom Balls, this Meatless Creamy Stroganoff was not only delicious but also healthy, so I didn't feel too full and bogged down to make it to the end of the day. And it was so easy to cook that I even had time to enjoy my lunch break without feeling rushed.

So why not try it out for yourself and feel a little fancy on your lunch break? Trust me, you won't regret it!
