What I ate today, Healthy Meatless Pasta

What I ate today, Healthy Meatless Pasta

Working from home provides me flexibility with lunch. Most days I use Shroomeats for something that is quick, delicious, filling, yet will give me energy.

Meatless Pasta

Ah, the classic Italian dish of Bolognese. There's nothing quite like a steaming bowl of pasta covered in rich, meaty sauce to warm the soul on a cold day. But what if you're looking for a meatless version of this classic dish? That's where Shroomeats Mushroom Shred-It comes in. This meat alternative is so delicious and easy to cook, it picks up the flavor of the sauce perfectly.

To make my meatless bolognese to go over cellentani, I started by cooking up some Shroomeats Mushroom Shred-It in a pan until it was nicely browned all over. I then added some chopped onions and garlic to the pan, and cooked them until they were soft and fragrant.

Next, I added my favorite jar of marinara and a pinch of Italian seasoning to the pan and let everything simmer for a few minutes. The result was a rich, hearty sauce that was the perfect accompaniment to the Shroomeats Mushroom Shred-It.

To finish the dish, I served the meaty meatless sauce over a bed of cooked cellentani pasta and garnished with some freshly grated parmesan cheese. It was the perfect lunchtime pick-me-up, warm and comforting with a smile on my face.

Thanks to Shroomeats Mushroom Shred-It, I was able to enjoy a meatless version of a classic dish without sacrificing any of the flavor or comfort. Plus, it was so easy to cook that I had time to enjoy my lunch break without feeling rushed.

So, if you're looking for a delicious and comforting lunch that will fill you up and keep a smile on your face all day, try out Shroomeats Mushroom Shred-It as the replacement of ground meat used for traditional recipes. It's the perfect way to indulge without any guilt. And who knows, it might even become your new go-to lunchtime comfort food.
