Would you like to know more about mushrooms? Now is your chance to be part of this one-of-a-kind event focusing on all things mushrooms.
We are excited to announce Shroomeats, the innovative mushroom-based meat alternative brand, participation in the upcoming Austin Texas Mushroom Conference.
The event will take place Saturday April 8th, 2023 from 11am-6pm, at the Etter Harbin Alumni Center at the University of Texas, and will feature a variety of keynote speakers, panel discussions, and all things related to mushrooms.
Attendees will have the opportunity to taste samples of Shroomeats and learn more about how it can be used in their own cooking.
In addition, Shroomeats will be giving away prizes to lucky attendees, including free product samples, swag bags, and coupons. Conference-goers can stop by the Shroomeats booth to enter for a chance to win.
As an added bonus, Dissaya, the Founder of Shroomeats, will be participating in a panel discussion on "Mushrooms in the Food System." On this panel she will be alongside Travis Breihan from Smallhold Mushroom Farm in Buda, Tx and moderated by Alex Dorr from Mushroom Revival. They will be exploring the many ways that mushrooms can be used as a sustainable and nutritious alternative to traditional animal products.
Dissaya will be sharing her expertise and insights into the mushroom-based food industry, as well as discussing the ways that Shroomeats is making an impact on the food system.
