We’re all busy and meal prep can be daunting, especially on a day you just want to relax and do absolutely nothing. Make your meal prep fun and easy with these great ideas. 



I’ll be honest, I used to think meal prep was tedious and a waste of time. I’d rather spend my time off taking my dogs for a walk on the beach or propping my feet up on the coffee table binging my favorite movies.  Spending a few hours in the kitchen washing, chopping, and dicing was not what I wanted to be doing.


However, I decided to give it a try using Shroomeats and was surprised at how a few hours on Sunday saved me much more time and stress during the week. Plus, I was eating healthier because I wasn’t eating as much take-out or frozen meals.
