Shroomeats Salisbury Meatballs


1 pack Shroomeats Mushroom Balls

2 tbsp olive oil

1.5 cups vegetable broth

1.5 tbsp all-purpose flour

1 tbsp tomato paste

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Mashed Potatoes:

2 large potatoes, peeled and diced

1/4 cup plant-based milk

1 tbsp vegan butter

Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a saucepan, sautee Shroomeats Mushroom Balls in olive oil until golden brown.
  2. Whisk together vegetable broth, flour, and tomato paste.
  3. Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens, stirring constantly.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Prepare the Mashed Potatoes:

  1. Boil the diced potatoes until fork-tender.
    2. Drain and return them to the pot.
  2. Mash the potatoes and mix in plant-based milk, vegan butter, salt, and pepper until smooth.

    2. Pour the savory gravy over Mushroom Balls and mashed potatoes.
