Food should bring people together, especially during the holidays. This recipe using Mushroom Shred-It will have everyone saying how stuffed they are without anyone feeling left out.

Ingredients:
2 packs Shroomeats Mushroom Shred-it
1 loaf of sourdough bread
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 bunch celery
1/2 cup olive oil
3 cups vegetable stock
Fresh thyme, rosemary, sage (as much as you want!)
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
- Cut the onion, garlic, and celery into small chunks. Chop the fresh herbs.
- In a well-oiled stockpot, sauté diced onion, garlic, celery, and Mushroom Shred-It.
- Add chopped herbs with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
- Add vegetable stock and cook on low heat for 8-10 minutes or until ingredients are tender.
- While the ingredients cook, cut the bread into cubes and toast in the oven for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown.
- Add the toasted bread into the skillet and mix well. Every cube should be covered with the mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking pan or cast-iron skillet and evenly spread out. Bake at 350 F for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Garnish with remaining fresh herbs and serve alongside your other holiday dishes.
