The warmer weather makes me want to enjoy grilling and being outside. So during the work week, I like to make indulgent sandwiches that feel like the weekends in the sunshine.
I love sandwiches - they're quick to make, easy to customize, and can be taken on the go. I especially love barbecue sandwiches that help me feel a little rebellious during the work week.
