Vegan Deli Sandwich with Mushroom Patties

This sandwich is as simple as it gets! Make it and eat it cold. It’s easy to pack and take with you, and even easy to assemble.

 

Servings: 2

Prep Time: 5-7 minutes



Ingredients:

1 box Shroomeats Mushroom Patties

2-4 slices of red onion

2-4 leaves of romaine lettuce

4 slices of preferred sandwich cheese

1 tomato sliced

1-2 tbsp mayonnaise 

1-2 tsp yellow mustard

4 slices of multi-grain bread 



Instructions:

  1. Prep the veggies by washing and cutting them to build your sandwich.
  2. Thinly cut Shroomeats Mushroom Patties lengthwise, similar to deli meat slices. *Heating not required.
  3. Spread the dressings on each slice of bread and prepare to layer your toppings. *Optional: Toast the bread before adding dressing.
  4. Layer the prepared Mushroom Patties, lettuce, onion, tomato, and cheese on the bottom bread, and top with the second piece of bread.
  5. Cut in half and serve with your favorite lunch side such as chips, apple slices, or carrot sticks.
