An easy meatless recipe for your your rice bowl. Healthy and delicious!
Serving Size 3-4
Ingredients;
1. 1 pack Shroomeats Balls
2. 2 glutinous rice
2. 4 clove garlic (we love it garlicky!)
3. 1/2 onion

4. 3 tbsp cooking oil
5. 1 tbsp Gochujang
6. 1/2 cup Korean BBQ sauce
7. 1 green onion
8. 1 tsp white sesame seed
9. 1 tsp red chili flakes
Instructions;
1. Slice onions and sauté in cooking oil for 5 minute on medium heat
2. Add Mince garlic to the pan
3. Add Shroomeats Balls in the pan!
4. Season Shroomeats Balls with Gochujang and Korean BBQ sauce
5. Let cook for 5 minutes on medium heat
6. Add broccoli and mix
7. Let simmer until broccoli is fully cooked
8. Add the white part of green onions then turn off the heat
9. Serve on steamy white rice and garnish with chili flakes, sesame seeds, and green onions!
