Ingredients
- 1 package SHROOMEATS BALLS
- 1 box Farfalle pasta
- 3 cups milk or cream
- ¼ cup butter
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Defrost SHROOMEATS BALLS in microwave for 1-3 minutes or until tender.
- Cook pasta according to package directions for al dente.
- In separate pot, add shredded cheese, grated parmesan, flour, butter, and milk. Whisk well. Simmer on low until creamy.
- When pasta is cooked, strain, and put pack in pot. Sdd cheese mix and Balls to pot and stir evenly.
