A hot dish to give you smiles and happy bellies!

You’ll need:
For the filling
- 1 box Shroomeats Mushroom Shred-It
- ½ cup diced white onion
- ½ cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 2-3 garlic cloves finely chopped
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 ½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce

⅓ cup chives, chopped
For the potato topping
- 4-6 white potatoes, skin removed and cubed
- 8 tablespoons unsalted preferred butter -1 stick
- 1/3 cup oat milk or your preferred milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup preferred parmesan cheese, grated
Let’s get cooking:
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Then bring a pot of water to a rolling boil and cook the potatoes until fork tender. This will take time, meanwhile continue on to the next step.
- Heat pan on medium to high, add oil, Mushroom Shred-It, salt and pepper, and brown for 4-6 minutes.
- Add onions, carrots, garlic, and tomato paste, mix well and let cook for 1 minute.
- Add Worcestershire sauce and broccoli, mix well until all ingredients are coated in sauce
- Using an oven-safe dish, add mixture as base layer.
- Finish the potatoes but adding milk, butter, chives, salt and pepper. Using a masher to get as many clumps out of the potatoes as possible. Add as the top layer in the oven-safe dish.
- Bake for 15-20 mins, or until the potatoes are golden brown and remove.
- This dish will be hot, so be careful on your first bite. Enjoy!
