Ingredients:
1 box Shroomeats Mushroom Balls
2 cup uncooked Jasmine rice
2 cup vegetable stock
⅓ cup diced carrots
¼ cup chopped spring onions
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions:
- Rinse uncooked rice with cold water twice, and drain water. Prep veggies while the water drains.
- In a rice cooker, add all ingredients and stir until mixed well.
- Using the cooker’s instruction, begin cooking and wait for the magic.
