One-Pot Rice Bowl with Mushroom Balls

Enjoy this easy and delicious meal hot or cold!

 

 

Servings: 3-4 

Prep Time: 5-10 minutes

Bake Time: 10-15 minutes

 

Ingredients:

1 box Shroomeats Mushroom Balls

2 cup uncooked Jasmine rice

2 cup vegetable stock

⅓ cup diced carrots

¼ cup chopped spring onions

3 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp sesame oil



Instructions:

  1. Rinse uncooked rice with cold water twice, and drain water. Prep veggies while the water drains.
  2. In a rice cooker, add all ingredients and stir until mixed well.
  3. Using the cooker’s instruction, begin cooking and wait for the magic. 
  4. Once the cooker is finished, serve and enjoy this easy and delicious meal hot or cold!
