Many authentic Chinese dishes use ground pork, which this recipe is a staple in the cuisine. If you don’t eat meat but still want to enjoy this filling dish, use this recipe with Shroomeats Mushroom Shred-It

Ingredients:
1 pack Shroomeats Mushroom Shred-It
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
1-2 Thai red chilis, sliced
3 tsp salt
2 tsp white pepper
300 g green beans (roughly 2 cups)
2 tbsp potato flour
Instructions:
- Rinse the green beans, trim the ends, and pat them dry with a paper towel. In a separate bowl, lightly coat the green beans with potato flour. Set aside.
- In a pan on medium to high heat, sauté the minced garlic and sliced chilis for 1-2 minutes or until aromatic.
- Add Mushroom Shred-It, salt, and white pepper, and heat for 3-4 minutes or until browned. Push to one side of the pan for room to fry green beans.
- Add oil and shallow fry green beans until they turn bright green and have a crisp.
- Plate green beans and Mushroom Shred-It and enjoy as is or with rice.
